CALLING ALL WOMEN TEAMSTERS!

The St. Louis Area Chapter of the Teamsters National Women’s Caucus is being formed in Joint Council 13.  We are very excited to have embarked on this endeavor and are actively looking for Teamster Women to join our organization which has been set up by women, for women to:

• Give women a voice
• Improve Teamster women through education
• Unite women members for the purpose of addressing their concerns and issues in the workplace and in their communities.
• Better the community by offering their services where needed.
• Promote women’s involvement and recognition within their Locals and all levels of the Teamsters.
• Foster better relationships and communication between members.
• Help with organizing efforts and other activities, which further the interest of the Union and grow the membership.
• Strengthen and build solidarity within the Union.
