Larry Sprinkle enjoys being involved in union activities. While a Shop Steward at Kohl Warehouses, Sprinkle participated in a number of Teamster initiatives, including the Volunteer Organizing Committee. "The more I got involved, the more interesting it seemed," he says. Sprinkle now serves as Business Agent for 14 shops across a wide range of industries. Sprinkle says he has learned important new skills that help him in his current role. "I try to be open-minded and listen to the facts," he says. "And I make my decision on the facts that we have in front of us."
