Overview of Executive Board

"When I talk with members about their union, I feel a special energy and excitement,” said Local 688 Secretary-Treasurer Michael Goebel. “We’re moving forward as a union with a vision that will make 688 a leader again in the labor movement. Member involvement is the centerpiece of that vision."

Local 688 members elect seven executive board officers that represent them and manage local union operations. Each board member plays an important role in the day-to-day affairs and long-term planning of the local union.
